Residential Roofing in Livermore
Most of our Livermore work is residential. The city has a mix of mid-century ranches, 1990s subdivisions, and larger two-story homes, and each type has its own roof issues. Homeowners here care about two things: stopping leaks before they damage the interior, and getting a roof that will not need replacing again in ten years. We build for the heat and wind so you get the full life out of the material.
- Full roof replacement — We tear off the old roof, inspect the deck, and install new underlayment, flashing, and shingles. On Livermore homes we add ridge vents sized to the attic and use higher-rated shingles on south and west slopes. Most jobs finish in two to three days with a magnet sweep and full cleanup.
- Roof leak repair — Livermore leaks usually start at flashing, pipe boots, or valleys. We run a hose test to find the actual entry point, then repair the source instead of smearing sealant over the symptom. You get photos of the repair and a water test before we leave.
- Roof inspection — A Livermore roof inspection covers shingles, flashing, attic ventilation, and deck condition. We walk the roof and check the attic from inside, then give you a written summary with photos. It is common before a home sale or after a big wind event.
- Annual roof maintenance — We clear gutters, reseal flashing, replace cracked pipe boots, and re-nail lifted shingles before winter. Fall is the busiest window because October rain finds every weak point. A maintenance visit takes two to three hours and costs far less than an emergency repair.
